Summary

Opening of bridge by the Commissioner of Crown Lands Hon. Crawford Vaughan, 11 May 1911. Councillors of Woodville and West Torrens District Councils and a large number of residents also children attending Fulham Public School and their teacher Mr. Moss. Among the adults are, third from left: John Mellor, sixth from left, in front: J.E. Rowell. The Hon. Crawford Vaughan, holding an umbrella, is in the centre. To his right, in riding boots, is S.A. White of Weetunga.
