E class locomotive No. 14 was built by Avonside Engine Co., in Bristol, England. It entered service in 1865 and condemned in 1899. R class locomotive No. 25 was built by James Martin of Gawler, South Australia. It entered service in 1895, was converted to Rx specifications in 1908 and condemned in 1964. R class locomotive No. 20 was built by James Martin of Gawler, South Australia. It entered service in 1894, was converted to Rx specifications in 1905 and condemned in 1965.
