R class locomotive No. 195 was built by the North British Locomotive Company of Glasgow, Scotland. It entered service in 1913 and was condemned in 1967. R class locomotive No. 219 was built by Walkers Limited of Maryborough, Queensland. It entered service in 1915 and was condemned in 1969.
