General notes

These premises are the home and business of Oscar Linke and his wife Wilma. The first building from left was their residence, the second his undertaking business, and at the end was his motor garage opposite Turner's butcher shop. Oscar was the local undertaker, electrician and garage mechanic. The bowsers seen were the gravity feed types used, where the required amount of gallons was pumped up and then allowed to drain into the vehicles petrol tank. [from informtion supplied].
