Summary

The interior of the Victoria regia greenhouse at Adelaide Botanic Gardens showing a young girl on a leaf of Victoria amazonica (also known as Victoria regia), the largest of the Nymphaeaceae family of water lilies. According to a researcher, the girl may be Edith Gilpin whose father William worked in the Botanic Gardens.
