Summary

Early photographic copy of an earthwork table of figures relating to surveying. Notes with the table refer to gullets, slopes and corrections but are very difficult to read. One note begins 'Volume of earthwork in cubic yards for a length of one chain and for a given sum of end heights in feet when same are equal...[rest indecipherable]. The name P. Stuart appears in the bottom right hand corner.
