Summary

H.M.A.S. Adelaide, 'Town' Class light cruiser manouvering alongside Birkenhead Wharf with the assistance of steam tug, 'Surprise'. Built at Cockatoo Island Dockyard and completed in 1922, after service in WWII Adelaide was decommissioned in 1946.
