Summary

Dedication of three flags belonging to the 1st St. Augustine's Church Company of Girl Guides in the charge of Miss. G. Smith, 18 August 1923. Also in attendance were the 1st Forestville Troop in the charge of Mrs Hostler and the St. Augustine Troop of Boy Scouts in the charge of Scoutmaster Colley. The service was held in the presence of Lady Bridges (Chief State Commissioner), Miss Margaret Judge (Deputy State Commissioner), District Commissioners L.E. Clarke and Robertson.
