Destroyed buildings and a crater measuring a 100 yards wide resulting from an explosion at Oppau in Germany. See reports in Adelaide newspapers 22 Sep 1921 and later of the massive explosion at the analine dye works in Bavaria. Deaths of 1,500 reported.
