Summary

A large group of uniformed soldiers at Cheltenham Camp photographed with their kangaroo mascot; Sammy Lunn, the South Australian charity worker stands centre of the group. This photo appeared in 'The Observer', Saturday 13 November 1915, page 28, with the generic caption 'six platoons of the 32nd Battalion in camp at Cheltenham, which will shortly leave for the front'.
