Summary

A small group of people watch Brigadier General Antill planting a rose at the A.I.F. Cemetery, West Terrace, Adelaide. An article in the Register (27 April 1921) talks about the planting of the "first plant in the soldiers' Garden of Memory at Light Ival, in the West Terrace Cemetery". In attendance were members of the Soldiers' Welfare Committee and the A.I.F. Citizens' Committee.
