Summary

A group of young men and women aboard ship on the SS 'Sommerfeld'; they are possibly migrants. 'The German steamer 'Sommerfeld', which arrived at Port Adelaide on Friday last, cleared the Customs on Tuesday for Melbourne and Sydney. The work of discharging about 350 tons of general cargo has been done satifactorily within the barricade of the Copper Company's wharf'. SOURCE: South Australian Register, 15 October 1890. The 'Sommerfeld' also visited Adelaide in March 1890.
