Sir Henry Galway, Governor of South Australia wearing the uniform of an army officer presenting medals to military personnel at a outdoor ceremony. Possibly taken on the same day as PRG 280/1/15/818 which shows the medal recipients after the ceremony, and quotes the detailed caption that appeared in 'The Observer', 25 January 1919, page 25.
