Summary

A group of women carrying trays of badges to sell for charity standing outside what was first thought to be the Exhibition Building on North Terrace, Adelaide. However it appears to be a street address in the CBD (No 81 above the door). The sign on the fence refers to the basement of the Jubilee Exhibition Building which was used as the depot for the Soldiers' comforts fund during WWI, which was a collection point for donated items for the troops.
