Summary

A South Australian football team wearing dark guernseys with a large star motif; the Captain carries the ball with 'premiers 1913' written on it, the letters KFC are embroidered on his guernsey. A researcher has established that this is the Koolunga Football Team as per an article in the 'Observer' 18 October, 1913.

General notes

Kenilworth won the 1913 premiership in the United Church Football Association in the A division. Kenilworth's colours at the time were possibly red and white. In the 1913 program some of the players' names were: V. Y. Richardson, L. H. Marriott, and P. S. Thomas (Captain). Another researcher believes this may actually be the Kensington Football team.
