A wedding group taken after the marriage of Sir Samuel Way's step-daughter, Miss Shyle Katharine Blue (1882-1959) to Herbert Lockett (Cargie) Rymill. Historical information

Shylie Katharine Blue was the youngest daughter of William Archibald Sinclair Blue, and Katharine Gollan (nee Gordon). Her mother married Sir Samuel Way in 1898.

Herbert Lockett Rymill (1870-1951) was the sixth child of Henry Rymill and Lucy Lockett Baker. He was a famed golf course designer in South Australia, having designed the Kooyonga Golf Course. He also won pigeon shooting championships in South Australia and Victoria. His nickname 'Cargie' was derived from a clown character named 'Cargillo' in a play that he saw in the early 1900s.
