The Count was a member of the committee looking after Belgian refugees in Fribourg, and describes the current situation in Switzerland, the plight of the refugees, and attrocities committed by soldiers against civilians. Signed 'Eric de Heuseler de Ollon, Fribourg, Switzerland. 31 January 1915. The letter was published in 'The Advertiser' on Friday 26 March 1915, page 12, 'Atrocities in Belgium'.
