Historical information

John Kimber was the younger brother of Charmian Kimber and son of Howard and Lois Kimber. From his first marriage in 1946, he had two children, John and Irene. He remarried on 8th August 1958. He died tragically, age 38, in September 1964 when he was walking for petrol in the far north of S.A. near William Creek. The other Kimber children were Pamela, Janice, Anthony and Barrington (Barry). Charmian Kimber, widowed in 1950, married David Cox in 1952.
