Mrs Zacher is wearing a long gown which appears to be made of a velvet type material with lace embroidery on the bodice and skirt, a crown of flowers on her head, and a long veil. She is holding a bouquet of flowers. The couple may be Frederich Wilhelm (later Frederick William) Zacher (1876-1942)and his bride Maria Sophie (later Mary) Schutz (1882-1961), who were married in 1902, and lived in Balaklava.

George is standing on a chair in the centre, and is wearing a sailor style outfit. Elizabeth is seated on a high chair on the right, and is wearing a long black dress with a beaded necklace. Thought to be cousins of Eric and Effie Reid.

She is wearing a long dress with long bell-shaped sleeves, an embroidered collar, and a hat. She is seated, with pot plants arranged around her. Born in 1851 to Charles Hunt and Ann (nee Best), she married George Francis Pittaway in 1874, and died in 1914. Written on reverse: 'Mrs Pittaway. Grandmother of Effie Reid. Married in this district 1865. Taken about 1910-1911'.

She is standing at a wooden table, holding open a book. Written on reverse: 'To Auntie Edie & Uncle John From Mavis 1917. Dear Edie, I haven't one left with her hat on so I am sending you this one and I am sending one like it to Ada and Will. I didn't know I had them till now. R.' Mavis Pittaway was born in 1908 to Robert Charles Pittaway and his wife Alice Maud (nee Moyle) in Broken Hill. She died tragically in a fire at her home in Broken Hill on 8 December 1924 at the age of 16. Her father Robert, an older brother to Edith Maud Reid, died in 1922 after a fall from a horse riding accident.
