Summary

"At the races at Morphettville on Adelaide Cup Day.... Snapped together after the first race were, from left, Mrs. F d'A. Osborn, of McLaren Vale, Mrs. Donald Burns, of Millswood, and Mrs. John Hocking, of Kingswood, who provided a contrast in hats. Mrs Osborn's high beige hat was banded with satin. Mrs Burns chose a coffee-coloured marabou hat, and Mrs. Hocking a mink pillbox with a matching muff." Australian Women's Weekly, 31 May 1961, page 17.
