One of forty four negatives of this wedding.

"Betty, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. H.H. Leedham, of Forest Gardens, and Maurice, son of Mr. and Mrs. H.H. Cartledge of Springfield, will live at Menalpyn, Meningie after their wedding. It will be in Pirie Street Methodist Church at 4 p.m. next Saturday and the reception will be at Tower House, Beaumont. Betty has asked Mrs. John Leedham, Miss Margaret Wilson, Carol Wilson and Sally Cartledge to attend her. Mr. Ralph Cartledge and Dr. Richard Bennett will be best man and groomsman." Advertiser newspaper 28 May 1955.
