Group portrait of the nursing staff of the hospital in Great Shelford, near Cambridge, taken outside and showing buildings and a horse-drawn wagon in the background. A black dog is sitting with the two nurses on the ground. Printed on a postcard addressed to Pte. D. Cameron, Australian Force, V.A.D. Hospital, Sandy Beds. On the back is written: 'Shelford, Saturday. Many thanks for your card. We were all glad to hear news of you. The hospital opened again, yesterday, all new men except Cheplin who came back. I thought this photo of the staff would interest you if you haven't it already. I hope you will have a very good time during your leave. Yours sincerely H. C. Bagnall.'
