Summary

A man standing with his back to the camera in a photographic studio in Broken Hill, wearing a dark suit on which has been attached a variety of shaving and pipe-smoking items and tobacco pouches. On his head he is holding a cylindrical container advertising Capstan tobacco. He is wearing roller skates on his shoes. A hand bill for Lawrence's Tobacconist with the date 10 September 1908 suggests this may have been part of a local advertising campaign in Broken Hill. 10 September 1908.
