'Sylfid' iron ship 1545 tons built 1884. Reduced to a barque [iron 3 mast ship, 1545 gross, 1468 net tons, 235.6 x 38.3 x 23.2. Built 1884 (9) Oswald, Mordaunt and Co. Southampton, as 'County of Clare'. ON91166 for Liverpool owners. (Owner: While in the Danish section I have been unable to locate any detail, the vessel usually is shown as Russian owned) - note from Parsons]
