Built 1902 at Tomakin, NSW by Alfred William Settree of Balmain, NSW. Owners: first registered Sydney 1904 to JJ Craig: registered Auckland, 1915 to Melbourne and sometimes owned by the Bridport and Flinders Island Shipping Co. Ltd. Register closed in 1929 'Vessel dismantled and sunk'] 'Wollomai' = wooden 2 mast schooner, ON74645, 151 gross 143 net tons. 107.6 x 23.6 x 9.5. Built 1876 R Kennedy, Yarrabank, Melbourne. Owners: FP Snewin and F Chapman, registered Melbourne: June 1880 Wright, Orr and Flett: March 1882 William Tulloch, registered Port Adelaide; Oct. 1911 A Le Messurier and partners. This image is from the A.D. Edwardes Collection of about 8,000 photographs, mostly of sailing ships from around the world, taken between about 1865 and 1920.
