Summary

A pattern resembling the Scots Guards, Cavalry Regiment, possibly made from pebbles, lies on the ground in front of a building at a military training camp; the Star of the Order of the Thistle lies in the centre of the pattern, however the words in the middle state "The Queen's Own Cameron [Region Rifles]" and below this symbol is a Sphinx with the word "Egypt" underneath.
