Summary

Side view of 'Ukee barge', loaded high with wool bales, being towed by 'P.S. Renmark' on Darling River, crew working around the barge, the helmsman at the wheel high on top, another adjusting a rope at the rear, 1934-1936. [From information supplied by A. Presgrave: This photo and PRG 1258/1/3190 are the same. The barge is probably 'Moorabin'. The same photo is in 'Ships of the Inland Rivers' credited to J.C. Tolley].
