Historical information

Registered at Melbourne, 1914, official number 132451. Built at Koondrook, 1914, by J. Brook. (Godson number T/54). According to a researcher, the stern hold has been emptied first, due to its position in the water. The derrick boat in the image is a 90 foot derrick boat. The skill of the derrick boat operators included removing the entire cargo, piece by piece.
