Historical information

'Wilcannia' built by Frank Potts of Langhorne Creek, launched at Milang. Boat sank in 1917 12 miles below Waikerie at Penge Reach and salvaged. Used until after World War II when it was sold and used for its building materials on farm on Mundoo island near Goolwa. [from information provided by researcher, a great-great-grandson of Frank Potts].
