Owners: A Lyle and Sons, registered Greenock 1891 sold German owners and renamed Henny, c.1899 became Italian without change of name. A Danish researcher identified the ship as 'flying a Danish flag, and states that in the official Danish Shiplist from 1895, there is a barque by the name HENNY, which must be the same. The only difference is that she is said built in Liverpool. Copy from the shiplist: NHCF Henny, Ibsen, N. Bk Liverpool 66 Jærn 17.2 511 463 (Akt. S.) N. H. Brinck, S. p. F. Believed to be located at a North American port following information from a researcher: 'The rolling stock to the right of the view appears to have 'White Line' stencilled on it. [From research] of a railroad company of that name, "The White Line was a short-lived branch of the Long Island Rail Road in western Queens County, New York". The scow/barge/tender alongside the 'Arracan' has the name A. E. Cargill, a Canadian coal company'.
