Summary

33 hand-drawn paper dolls, five featuring men wearing military uniforms and formal suits, and the others of women dressed in intricately detailed formal ball gowns with bustles and long trains, approximately 1880s style dress. The paper dolls are hand-coloured with watercolour paints. Some are damaged and have torn hands and heads. Also includes three commercial paper dolls, possibly cut out of a newspaper or magazine, two of women wearing dresses, and one of a man in a hunting suit and carrying a rifle.
