A life membership certificate issued by the South Australian National Football League Limited, to Stanley H. Lewis, Esq. 'for many years valuable services rendered to our national game'. Signed by John S. Woods (Vice Chairman) and the Secretary, the certificate is an original artwork, with the text in black ink, with the SANFL logo, two vignettes of footballers, and Sturt Desert pea, gum blossom, magpie and kookaburra decorations in watercolour.
