Summary

Photograph of four cyclists before the start of the South East One Hundred Mile Race on 12th August 1961, Mount Gambier. Cyclist on left of photograph is Kingsley Lancelot Osborne, died 15 November 1983, aged 72 years. Man in centre is Stanley (Stan) Hamilton Elliott, Mayor of Mount Gambier 1958-1964 and 1967 to 1971, born 19 September 1909, married Ivy Florence (Jean) McTavish 24 August 1938, died 17 July 1990.
