Historical information

George Barr Smith was the epileptic son of Robert and Joanna Barr Smith. His parents bought the home 'Seaforth' in the main street at Victor Harbor as a residence for George, with a companion/carer named John Thorley. Later the Barr Smiths moved George to a new house at Brighton, also named 'Seaforth'.
