Summary

Three men pose for the camera while holding up characterised glove puppets. On the right is boxer Jimmy Carruthers who had been world bantamweight champion 1952 to 1954. Carruthers fought two bouts at St Clair Stadium, Woodville. He fought Louis Magnifico there 9 March 1962 and Johnny Jarrett, 29 March 1962. Carruthers won both fights. It is possibly Magnifico with the other puppet. (Also see BRG 121/1/1382-1383).
