Summary

[General description] Full length portrait of Clement Lindley Wragge, meteorologist. A tall slim man with red hair and quick temper he created controversy in his field. He was the first person to present real weather forecasts in Australia and originated the use of names for weather systems. He is regarded by many as the 'father of modern meteorology'.
