Summary

Old Congregational Church, near Port Elliot. The old church was erected in 1863 and had a chapel at the rear. Rev. RW Newland established the first church and became the first Congregational minister to preach at Port Elliot. Rev. J Hotham commenced his ministry in January 1856 and preached there for the next thirty years. A new Hotham Congregational Church was built at Port Elliot in 1901.
