Summary

Donald McLean's home, on Section 50 near Hilton. He cropped 20 acres with wheat in 1838 and was the very first wheat grown in South Australia. - Taken from a sketch in the Art Gallery of S.A. The sketch shows the front and side view of a single storey cottage. It appears to have a flat roof.
