Summary

St. Andrew's Presbyterian Church, Strathalbyn. Most of the early settlers to Strathalbyn were Scottish Presbyterians. A church/school was built in 1848 but out of necessity a larger church was built in 1848 and additions were made up to 1865. When the bell arrived from Scotland it was necessary to built a new bell tower to accommodate it.
