Summary

[General description] This Post Office is a solid single storey building with a concrete rendered facade in the neo-classical style. It was opened in May, 1914. The van in front is probably a Post Office vehicle as it has large (mail?) bags hanging down its side. [On back of photograph] 'Post Office, Maitland / 1932 / Reproduced in Chronicle, September 8th, 1932'.
