Historical information

The photographs were received by Enid L. Robertson in 1986 when working on the chapter 'Botany' in the Royal Society of S.A. book 'Ideas & Endeavours: A History of the Natural Sciences in South Australia'. Photographs 1-4 were received from Rev. Peter Osborn (son of Professor and Mrs Osborn) who also wrote the captions. Photograph 5 was received from the Archives of Adelaide Botanic Gardens.
