General notes

In addition to the photographs, the group includes a 35mm slide (with a photocopy image) of a PIRSA Fish Measuring Station, location not given (item 122), a number of photocopied pages with additional photos and the captions which were used with the images (items 123-130) and a paper copy of a colour illustration of the Holdfast Towers complex at Glenelg, date stamped 18 July 2001 (item 131.) These may be requested and viewed in the Somerville Reading Room.

Also held with this group is a collection of architectural maps, overheads, drawings and concept plans. These were created by various organisations and include locations and works such as the Domain and Cultural Centre at Marion, the Holdfast Shores Development and Marina at Glenelg and the O'Bahn line in Adelaide. These items were not created by Messenger Press and copyright determination is separate to the rest of this collection. Some retain the publication slips used by the Messenger Press at the time. These have not been individually labelled or described but may be requested and viewed in the Somerville Reading Room (item 132.) Also included were the Holdfast Shores News, issues 1-2; these were removed as they are already held by the library.
