Summary

Garbage trucks used by the City of Prospect. Lettering on the doors of the trucks reads - J.F. Way and Son, 17 Clifford St., Prospect and on the one with the tipped tray, Geo. S. Smith, 47 Victoria St., Prospect. This image has been printed on a folded card with text printed on back - 'City of Prospect garbage trucks, Prospect, South Australia. Circa 1938. Cards produced as an intiative of the Friends of the Prospect Library with the co-operation of the Prospect Local History Collection.' [The original photo is possibly held in that collection.] Date stamped [by Messenger Press] 25 March, 1997.
