Children inspecting new Mountain Type Steam locomotives at the Port Dock Railway Wharf, Port Adelaide. These were built in a group of 10 in England by Armstrong Whitworth, and arrived by ship. The South Australian Railways Islington workshops completed the assembly and fit out.
