Summary

View of a fair in progress at an unidentified beach location, but probably on one of Adelaide's southern beaches. There are a number of tents erected by businesses, of which 'Camera obscura' and '... cycle works' can be deciphered; there are reasonable crowds of men, women and children outside the tents.
