Summary

Burke and Wills memorial statue, designed by Charles Summers. It was unveiled on 21 April 1865. The statue was originally located on the corner of Collins and Russell Street in Melbourne, Victoria, then moved to a reserve in Spring Street, opposite Parliament House, in 1886. After further moves, the statue was restored and moved to the corner of Swanston and Collins Streets in 1994.
