Summary

[General description] The premises of Gamblings Customs and Shipping Agents occupy this two storey building on the corner and adjoining iron buildings on Pirie Street. A woman wearing an apron appears to be sweeping the footpath. [On back of photograph] 'Acre 213 / Pirie Street, south side / February 7th 1938 / The two storied building on the left abuts Ackland Street / Its Pirie Street frontage is 13 yards / The frontage of the remainder of Gambling's premises (iron buildings) is 49 yards' (Another hand) 'Gambling's premises demolished in 1939 / Compare with B 9546'.
