Historical information

Allan George Francis was born 1906. In Adelaide he was involved in theatre, with his face appearing in the Rex Wood woodcut on 'The Constant Nymph' program (performed at Stow Hall). He left Australia in the inter-war period for the United Kingdom via Tahiti. During the war he was worked in naval intelligence. He played piano, acted wrote and contributed to 'Chapbook' ca.1932.
