Summary

[General description] The paddlesteamer Moolgewanke moored at the river bank with passengers and crew posing for the photographer. She appears to be carrying a cargo of wool bales. On the opposite side of the river the trees have been cut down and wood stacked in tidy piles for the steamboats [On back of photograph] 'Murray River steamer Moolgewanke / In the eighteen sixties / Original in the possession of Miss L. Randell, Berri' (Another hand) 'Ebeneezer Randell Master in '60s- I. Mudie'.
