Summary

[General description] The building showing the Bushells advertisement and the little cottage abutting it are soon to be demolished to make way for expansion of the Adelaide Electric Supply Company (building on extreme right) [On back of photograph 'Acre 59 / Hindley Street, north side / 31 May 1937 / Site of two storey building and cottage on the left / Right side of two storey building is 30 yards west of George Street / Frontages: Two storey building is 11 yards / Cottage with verandah is 5 yards' (Another hand) 'Two storey building on centre demolished in 1937 / A wall was erected on street alignment in 1937 / See B 7402'.
